TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

• The use of the à la carte membership card and vouchers constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herewith.
• The à la carte membership card must be presented for stated discounts and privileges to be deemed valid.
• à la carte Member privileges are not extended to service charges and/or government taxes.

MEMBERSHIP CARD AND VOUCHERS

• The membership card remains the property of à la carte and Millennium & Copthorne International Limited and must be returned upon request.
• The membership card is strictly NON-TRANSFERABLE and must be signed by the member to be deemed valid.
• Membership card usage is limited to one card per dining party, table or reservation. Use of multiple cards will not be accepted for group bookings.
• The member must produce a valid membership card and/or surrender the original voucher(s) to enjoy the intended privileges.
• Advanced reservations are required and use of all vouchers is subject to availability.
• Transferable vouchers will only be deemed valid if all necessary information fields on the back are completed in full.
• Membership benefits are valid until the expiry date as printed on the membership card and vouchers. There will not be any extension of membership benefits and vouchers after the expiry date.
• Membership benefits and vouchers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or privileges unless otherwise stated.

ACCOMMODATION

• All room rates are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes. Please visit http://www.clubalc.com to view your Member Preferred Rates.
• Complimentary accommodation vouchers are valid on a Room Only basis (excluding Breakfast).
• - Room reservations for members' rate and Complimentary accommodation in local and/or overseas hotels must be made minimum two weeks in advance and confirmation is subject to room allotment availability.
• The member must produce a valid membership card and/ or surrender the original accommodation voucher upon check-in to enjoy the privileges.

DINING

• Membership dining privileges are strictly non-transferable and applicable at all participating establishments only.
• The member must produce a valid membership card and/or surrender the original voucher(s) to enjoy the intended privileges.
• Discounts extended are based on the number of main meals per diner at the table.
• Discounts are applicable on à la carte main course or buffet meal orders and does not extend to set menus, beverages, promotional and premium items.
• Beverages will be entitled to a 15% discount at all participating dining outlets (by the glass, and excluding all premium drinks).

RESTRICTION OF USAGE

The à la carte benefits (unless otherwise stated) are valid all year round except on the following days: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Eve of and first three days of Lunar New Year. Hua Ting Restaurant and Tien Court Restaurant: à la carte benefits are not valid for all 15 days of Lunar New Year. Grand Shanghai Restaurant: à la carte benefits are not valid on the eve of Lunar New Year. A 15% discount will be accorded on all 15 days of Lunar New Year.

• Millennium & Copthorne International Limited reserve the right to include/exclude any benefits/participating outlets during the course of the membership promotion
• Millennium & Copthorne International Limited reserve the right to restrict usage during promotions or on promotional items

GENERAL INFORMATION

• LOST OR STOLEN:
  Safe keeping of membership card and vouchers is the responsibility of the member. Loss or theft of the card must be reported immediately to à la carte. A fee of S$50 will be charged for card replacement. Membership vouchers and accorded benefits are strictly NON-REPLACEBLE if lost or misplaced.
• CANCELLATION:
  Cancellations will be honoured on unused memberships only. Requests should be made up to 10 working days from the date of purchase of the membership. An administrative fee of S$100 will apply. In the event that the membership benefits have been utilised, no cancellation will be accorded.
• PRIVACY STATEMENT:
  Personal information collected by Millennium & Copthorne International Limited will not be disclosed to third parties unless so required by law or government agencies. Millennium & Copthorne International Limited may use collected data or information for marketing purposes of businesses operated or owned by Millennium & Copthorne International Limited and/or partner product promotions. Millennium & Copthorne International Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. Millennium & Copthorne International Limited reserves the right to include or exclude partners, dining outlets and benefits at discretion.
